"Wantara Suites is a hidden gem in the old city centre. An amazing place to come home to after a long day visiting the sites. Wolfgang and Anne Marie were most welcoming, accommodating, super friendly, and inspiring conversationalists. The attention to detail was very welcome: everything in the cottage worked as it was meant to (even the knives had been sharpened!). Absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a place that will recharge you and fill your cup"

"Beautiful property. Each unit has a patio. Cosy fireplace. Kitchen had essentials, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar. Very clean, helpful hosts, always there to help. Highly recommend, rather than sitting in a cell of a hotel room. Close to historic centre."

"It was centrally located, 10-15 minute walk to main attractions of the old city. The apartment was well equipped and had a log burner was fantastic to use to help the apartment cosy in the evenings. The apartment is set in a lovely garden, very quiet. Claudia and Rolly were lovely and ensured all our needs were met and made the stay very enjoyable."

From organizing tours to putting toys in our room before we arrived for our children, this location thought of everything. "Location is not the most ideal, but the staff does have a car that they will transport you nearly anywhere in the city at a very reasonable rate or schedule you a van service if you have a larger party and need to move things like luggage."

Uneinsehbarer wunderschöner Garten, den man benutzen konnte. Für 10 Dollar pro Maschine - Wäscheservice. Für uns die perfekte, authentische Location in der Altstadt von Quito. "Our rooms and the grounds are stunning. As others have stated, the location is in Old Town and within walking distance of the Centro Historico. I was so happy to come back to our tranquil room after a day of exploring. There were small touches that made it even better, like complementary firewood, coffee, wifi and extra blankets for the bed. Our flight arrived in Quito at 1:30 am and the staff booked us a transfer service to get to the property which was perfect after a long day of travel.I highly recommend it!"
