"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."

"La cercanía a la playa, un buen ambiente (sonido del mar que te relaja), personal amable, la dueña del establecimiento nos dejó estar hasta las 8 pm usando las instalaciones, después de salir a las 2 pm de la habitación, como una pequeña observación no estaba funcionando el jacuzzi."

"Excellent location in the heart of the historical centre. Miriam (the owner) was a delight and always ready to assist with making our stay more pleasant and memorable. "Ha sigut la tercera vegada que dormim a l’hostal Terra Premium. Com sempre el personal és molt amable i ens van guardar una maleta durant 4 dies ja que vam anar al Yasuní. Tot estava super net. L’ubicació està molt bé també, a uns 10 min amb cotxe del casc antic i amb restaurants a la vora. Tornarem!"
