"The spa is excellent and I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had here. Lovely to have private pools outside bungalows for more peaceful dips. Weekend was packed Monday was blissfully quiet. Nice polite discreet service in restaurant and good value. Amazing vegetation around resort and a lovely self guided walk along the river made for a very enjoyable stay."

"Rooms are a bit tired however beds extremely comfortable. Open fire in bungalow didn’t really work as wood too damp - believe some rooms have a wood burning stove which would help. Would have been a nice touch as we visited in January."

"Great stay at this property. It includes breakfast which was really nice and the evening meals are well priced. We had pools outside our room which we thought were nicer than the bigger public ones so just stayed in those. Reception called is a taxi to Quito airport ($40) as there are no Ubers."

"Fabulous location and the pools right outside the room are the best! We didn't even use the public pools (included in price) or visit the spa (extra $16) Room was spacious and comfortable Fireplace was lovely and so nice that it was all set up for us Staff were friendly Restaurant food was nice"
