"The staff, all very professional and friendly. The pool area. The Beachwalk restaurant next to the pool was amazing for lunch. The beef fajitas specially were greatly appreciated. We had amazing pasta at the GUSTINO ITALIAN GRILL restaurant. The prices were comparable to restaurants in London. Order the tiramisu for the presentation not the taste. The location was also very nice short cab drive to the La Isla shopping centre. There are a few restaurants outside of the hotel but for I would choose the restaurants in the hotel better quality same price. The little shop in the hotel has pizza slices for a late night snack or lunch, they also had amazing ice cream. Overall an amazing stay and experience for our first time in Mexico. I also enjoyed the Spa centre at the hotel the have a equipped gym with free weights and machines."

"Constantly feeling like you are trying to be kinda scammed- we booked 2 bedrooms (so 2 adjoining rooms with 2 separate room numbers originally saying to accomodate 8 people) for 4 people and we had to pay 50 usd every day for 2 extra breakfasts because we were told those were not included and they were booked only for 2 adults and 2 children. afterwards I also read that it was an issue for many. I’ve stayed in many different properties around the world and this is honestly a scam. If this was included in the price we would have paid it absolutely fine but why ask for this on top? Also booking an ocean view room and being given one on second floor with trees overshadowing the whole view was ridiculous. We were even told at the reception the ocean view means that you are direction wise positioned to the ocean, lol. I added the picture of the view. Thankful for the lovely manager that changed our room after further complaints"

"The beach was right outside my balcony and beautiful. The breeze is always amazing and if you love iguana's then you’re in the right place to enjoy them. And the Peacocks are all over the place. Getting into town is super easy too and just don’t eat the ice unless you have a strong immune system. I will absolutely be coming back for more time there as I truly enjoyed my first trip to Cancun."

"People need to know this place is HUGE! You will get lost if not paying attention but I stayed in the Adult only sections as I don’t want to be around kids so it was nice not to hear screaming little monsters all around. Instead you get drunk adult monsters sometimes."

"Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at... and I've stayed at some really nice hotels. The serivce was the best ever, very genuine and couldn't have asked for more. The complex itself is unreal, with pure and isolated beaches, spa and nice big infinity pool with bars. The restaurants were top quality. You dont need and dont want to leave the premises of the complex, its that good. Spa was excellent too, one of the best massages I've ever received. Room was large and clean, the cleaning staff were doing amazing job every day. Worth every penny."
