"Apartment is on three floors in Maltese style house (stone walls, narrow stairs ... ) which gave more spirit to our stay on Malta. Also communication with Consiglio (the owner) was easy going and efficient. We had a nice stay."

"Birgu could easily be one of the best locations to stay in. This rental is in a very cozy area of it and has great spots which overlook the city very close to it. Also restaurants are very near. The apartment itself is very clean and has everything you need. Never encountered hosts that are this quick to respond. All our messages were replied to in about a minute. Very friendly and understandable communication."
Punt negatiu:
"Some amenities are broken, like soap dispensers. The window in the bedroom does not isolate it at all. The sounds aren’t that bothering, but the cold definitely is. There are two A/C units in the bottom and top floor however, with the cold that was coming into the bedroom through the window even in april, the upper A/C did not manage to heat the room properly and had to be turned up to maximum loudness to give off any heat. I can’t imagine how this is in december or january if we had trouble with cold in april. This is however not that big of inconvenience. There is a smell of humid limestone throughout the whole house and its strong, but it is obvious if you are signing up for a reantal like this, so just a heads up."

"I had a wonderful stay in these apartments in the historic heart of Birgu, Malta. The location is truly exceptional — just steps away from the Inquisitor’s Palace and the beautiful Church of St. Lawrence. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe here. It is also very easy to get to Valletta, which was a big advantage for me. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It perfectly combines modern amenities with the charm of a historic setting. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and always ready to help with any questions. I really enjoyed the unique character of Birgu — quiet, authentic, and full of history. Staying here made my trip to Malta even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place to stay!"
