"access to breakfast room was bottle-necking as it’s a narrow entrance and people tend to block it either when they wait to be seated or when they collect bread - in both cases, traffic tends to be stuck both in and out"

"The hotel in general was beautiful, they even decorated our room for my partner’s birthday! Great breakfast, comfortable parking lot at a reasonable price, a few great restaurants to try just in front of the hotel. We also adored Treetop Walk, amazing attraction really well done right next to the hotel and had a discount with the Guest Card! The highlight of our trip were the spas! The hotel’s Spa was just perfect, and with the Spa Around offer we got free access to a few other spa’s in the area. Loved it!"
