"The lady on main reception and the waiter Luis were absolutely wonderful. They both made our stay feel special. Their attention to detail was excellent and they were thoughtful and kind."

"Perfect location for walking. Many roots start from the hotel directly. Very quiet area but at the same time good connected with Lugano and other villages with 3 bus lines. Very good sauna area. It was also very quiet in the room. I would gladly come once more. I had a single room, enough space for bed, a reading chair, wardrobe and a desk. All good."

Check-in was friendly, the room was spotless, clean and nicely presented, the breakfast was outstanding and exceedingly generous, and the location was perfect... literally across from the (very) local rail line and a short walk to a couple of lovely restaurants."

"From start to finish the experience was amazing, the hospitality was outstanding from the owners and loved that it is family run and the laid back atmosphere. No question or request was too much and they always had time to answer anything or get anything we needed. The location was perfect for us to access the slopes, walk our dog around the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We arrived late on the first night and went to find something to eat but everything was closed, the chef kindly made us some pasta and this just shows the ethos here and they really do go above and beyond. We even had breakfast after we checked out and there was no feeling of being rushed or ushered out. The spa is a nice touch but the best feature by far is the fire and the cosy feel around the hotel. We loved every moment. There's a ski storage room with heated boot racks which is another great addition, they really thought about everything needed to make an excellent experience."

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

"LLoc fantàstic, amb habitació diàfana amb vistes al llac i tan ben ubicada a tocar del passeig del port i a l'estació de funicular que connecta amb el centre de la ciutat. L'aparcament ofereixen una bona opció amb descompte a l'aparcament públic soterrat del port. Em va encantar de disposar de bitllets de trasnport públic gratuïts durant l'estança, especialment interessant en una ciutat amb tant de pendent com Lausanne. El restaurant amb terrassa en el mateix complex és d'una gran qualitat. No és econòmic, però un àpat hi és molt aconsellable."
