"Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant for dinner was also very nice - nothing fancy, just solid food and good value. The children's menu was superb. They offered all the main meals in a a small portion. Things like Zuri geschnetzeltes which our daughter loves were on her menu! Goodbye chicken nuggets or schnipo. I wish more restaurants were like this place for kids. For a family ski holiday, the location is excellent. Rooms are good, nothing special in the budget section but quiet, clean, and with everything you need."

"Overall, the hotel facilities are nice and well maintained. The hammam and wellness spa are pleasant, though not exceptional. The staff are polite and welcoming and communication was generally fine. The room was comfortable although the TV was quite small. Guest parking is available but not easy to find without asking at reception. Considering the high price the experience felt somewhat underwhelming and the value for money could be improved."

"Our breakfast experience was disappointing and poorly managed. Although our room rate included breakfast the service felt inconsistent and inattentive. My partner ordered a black tea and I ordered a coffee; his tea arrived with milk without him requesting it and later when I ordered a black tea, it came without milk as expected. We both ordered meat omelettes but only one included meat. When I asked a staff member about this I was told that any adjustments require a special request and that they would simply prepare a new omelette. The explanation felt unprofessional and the staff attitude was indifferent and not welcoming. We were the only couple of Black and Asian guests and despite me speaking Swiss German no one checked with us to ensure everything was okay while other tables were attended to. Overall the breakfast service was underwhelming and left us feeling overlooked and frustrated."

"Male staff at bar in the evening ( on evening when street music was playing on 23/7)was rude and unhelpful. He didnt give us the bill so we went to the counter to pay but he didnt listen/maybe didnt understand and reordered a new round of drinks we didnt want - eventually we didnt pay for that but was a bit of a let- down after the feel-good of the music festival!"
