HB Lugano Center

"Best location, few minutes walk from train station and in front of bus stop. On the very busy street but inside the room is quiet. Clean room and friendly staff, very good value for money."

"Nothing special."

"Location to train station. Very clean and spacious. Had initially thought we might get a lot of street noise but was pleasingly quiet."

"Good location (5 minutes from Lugano main station) Clean place and friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we were told it costs 12 CHF extra per person. Despite the large road below the hotel, the noise was only present when opening the windows and only in the evening/morning (during the night it was very quiet)"

"The room was very small. There was no curtain around the bathtub, so it was impossible to take a shower without soaking everything."

"The location near the railway station (300m) was the reason for selecting this hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We paid 12 chf each for breakfast which was the usual continentan offering. The man at reception was friendly and helpful"

"The shower cubicle was rather smaii"

"Very clean and fresh hotel very close to the railway station, yet not noisy and decent surroundings"

"Breakfast was adequate but slightly on the meagre side - but in total acceptable."

"Location was good, staff were friendly, room and bathroom was good and spacious but a little outdated, balcony was a bonus."

"Old style metal knob room key was very heavy to carry around."

"Great location near station. Friendly & helpful staff. Free Ticino ticket was great for exploring the surrounding area & getting into the centre."

"The location was perfect for a weekend away. The staff was friendly and helpful👌🏽"

"The room did not have a bar fridge. The duvet bed cover was for a single bed and not for a double bed🤔…"

"Location just a few meters from the station. The view from the balcony is beautiful."
