"Location right next to the cable car station, free parking, welcome drinks and a cosy room facing the mountains while the evening sun warms your tired body as you relax on the balcony after a long day in the snow - perfect. Staff was very supportive and CEO Hanspeter Wenger greeted guests personally. Check-in was straightforward, got a discount on the daypasses and were ready to go on the slopes within minutes. The restaurant offers quality food and we enjoyed a relaxed dinner."

"Breakfast was good but as we went an hour later than the early morning rush of people ready to hit the mountains, it was already leftovers of e.g. scrambled eggs and cheese variations but good otherwise. For people who spend the checkout day skiing, there is no spa or other area where you could take a quick shower and change afterwards. The toilets near the entrance however have big enough stalls to quickly change."

"Was given a drink voucher on arrival then was told afterwards you can’t redeem it for an alcoholic drink so had to pay 25 CHF for a drink I wasn’t that bothered about having !"

"On a main road and quite noisy at night. Air con didn’t work and was rather warm in room but had to keep balcony door open because of heat"

"We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. Super friendly stuff, clean room, besutiful view feom the balcony, central location and just right next to the cable car. We enjoyed a lot!"

"The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb."

"There were roadworks outside the hotel when we stayed which were a bit noisy but thats not the hotels fault."

"the hotel is beautiful, located in the heart of the village, right next to cable cars. It was clean and everything looked new. Personnel was very kind, food was good. What I particularly liked were the little kindnesses like finding out my name was placed at the parking lot, so I had no troubles parking the car, table was being reserved under my name for dinner, extremely nice Spanish housekeeping girls on my floor etc."
