"We went in May, during low season, so they relocate us to their sister hotel Reuti. It was just next to it and they honoured all my initial booking perks. The view of the balcony was amazing. Beds super comfy. Bathroom was very beautiful and shower warm. Dinner was very tasty. Not expensive for Switzerland."

We stayed only one night and around 09:00 as I was in the shower, and my partner asleep in bed, someone walked into the room (?cleaning). I couldn't see who it was but I alerted the reception to this and they weren't really able to explain it, apologetic, but no explanation. Just thought it was a bit strange."
