"Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had a large balcony. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel in the centre of town and close to bus stops was a bonus."

"I had booked the half board deal as we like to dine where we are staying when travelling. Unfortunately there was no choice at all of any of the three courses, perhaps because there was a food fair going on in town that evening. It would have been helpful if this was pointed out before a booking is made. Neither of us could eat the main course and it took a great deal of discussion (which was rather embarrassing) before the restaurant manager agreed to provide us with a cold platter of meat and cheese. Having said that the quality of the food was very good and the next morning the hotel did not charge us for parking as a recompense."

"Located on the Promenade, this hotel has outstanding beds (can't remember when I last slept so well in a hotel) and an exceptional breakfast. Reception was very nice and ready to help. We spoke in German but I believe they can speak EN too. Reception hours may seem odd but due to breaks but it wasn't a problem, our key was left ready for pickup. In general everyone is relaxed. We had a studio, big, cleaned daily with kitchinette (had everything you need for a short stay). Groceries close by (5mins walk). We also got free Davos transport tickets working also on some cable cars. Loved it and recommend it!"
