"Staff are really nice. Location is perfect.. overall the hotel is nice… they have a really nice rooftop bar"
"The room was too hot. We turned off the hot AC.. but we couldn’t turn off the underfloor heating or the radiator - and when we called reception they sent someone to check it, and they also couldn’t turn it off. We kept the window open (a very small window) For 2 days it was so uncomfortable to be able to sleep."
"I arrived early and the room was already ready. It was a decent size, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was near to the station which worked well for me."

"The sheet of the bed were not changed. But the main thing I did not like was the time of checked out, the team was really helpful except that they let me wait at the reception to check the room by the manager who was sitting on his room working on his computer . I have asked about his name and i was told he is the supervisor and his name is Mohammed. He couldve go up and check the room (although there is no mini bar) but he rather to stay until he finishes his work and then he went up and i had to stay more time waiting along with my family . I have been in many hotel for the last two weeks across Switzerland and Italy and I haven't face anything like this."
