"Was not able to have our Christmas dinner there as it was booked out. Also the price for the dinner was quite expensive for only 30 min. The lighting in the bathroom was very low, there was limited towels available for the amount of people staying in the room. The heating system needs upgrading. Needed more hangers in the closet. Needs a bit more esthetics as the carpet is a bit worn"

"The walls are pretty thin. We had to call the front desk twice at 1 am and 2 am because the room next to us was very loud and noisy. The front desk handled it very well. I just wished there was a little more insulation and sound proofing between rooms."
