"We had an exceptional stay here. When I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was our anniversary, and the hotel kindly upgraded our room and left a lovely surprise for us, which was really thoughtful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also extremely clean — even for someone like me who is quite picky about cleanliness, it felt spotless. The location is fantastic and very convenient, especially since we didn’t have a car and could easily walk everywhere. The rooms were also very quiet, so we slept really well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again."

"This boutique Hotel is located right in the heart of Vieux Quebec. Parking is just 150 m away and underground and secure. The room was very clean and quiet. It was very cozy as well. There maybe an elevator on site but I didn't take it or see one. We did use the restaurant on site, 1640, and the food was very good and the prices what you would expect in the heart of a tourist area. We enjoy staying right in the heart of Old Quebec each time we visit and would return to this Hotel. The Hotel price was very reasonable for mid March."
"Everything was fine. Again, I didn't see an elevator but there could have been one. If not, then people with mobility issues and having to climb stairs could find it a challenge."
"Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We have stayed here previously and we have always been impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular I want to extend a big compliment to the housekeeping lady. I did not get her name, but she was always cheerful and made us feel welcome. The location matches that of the Chateau Frontenac with all of the conveniences without the wallet gouging costs. And the rooms at the Tresor are beyond expectations for comfort."

"The hotel is at the top of the hill from the train station. So not the hotel’s fault but if you have trouble walking to hotel catch taxi or get the Funicular to the top from below CAD$6. End. I say below it is merely / storeys below. (Like a lift) rather than a big carriage."

"Our shower was slightly broken (no temperature adjustment possible) and was not fixed during our stay, thankfully the setting was stuck at a good temperature though and it was still possible for us to enjoy a warm shower."
