"Fantastic location - walking distance to lots of restaurants and the downtown core and easy to catch a bus from this location as well. Cleaning staff were incredibly friendly!"

"Use the bath mat otherwise you'll likely slip in the shower/tub!!! I immediately slipped fell but luckily didn't hurt myself the first time showering. Bed was a bit stiff but not too shabby. Only the cleaning staff were around to talk to in person. They couldn't speak French or English but tried their best using google translate to communicate!"

"10 min walk to gates of old Quebec City. Scenic road with restaurants. Right behind plains of Abraham. Got one of 5 parking spots in back of bnb."

"The keys weren’t in the lock box so we couldn’t access room on arrival. Was difficult to connect with mgmt, as no obvious number etc. had to pay operator to get correct number, then wait for Mgr (owner?) to arrive with keys. Held up our checkin by almost an hour, with 2 kids one which needed bathroom. No place to wait but hot front sidewalk. 2 or 3 beds weren’t that comfy but acceptable for one night."

"We liked very spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, nice decoration of the room. Very good heating, there was also air conditioning but we didn't need to try it in April. Location was superb, few minutes of walking from the city centre or the Cartier street, with bus stop practically directly in front of the door. Price at the end of April was surprisingly good. Check in and check out was trouble free, keys were in the lock box. Owners/managers responded to messages via booking app quickly. We also liked that there was Netflix available. We are very satisfied with this acommodation, we would choose it again, strongly recommended."

"There were only few downsides that we found, but they were not of a big significance: We didnt find a kettle and typical free tee bags in the room (we did not buy the extra breakfast). Water as well as warm/hot water was available at the corridor though. Iron was in the room but it was a bit dirty and ironing board had damaged mechanism. Price for accomodation was very good, but we found breakfast expensive at 25 CAD per person and night, therefore we didn't buy it. It was not allowed to open windows. Noise insulation is most probably standard for a wooden house but a bit poor for european standards. Guests were often speaking loudly in the corridor late at night which woke us up, but this is about behaviour of guests and not about the accomodation. Maybe a reminder to keep quiet in common areas later at night could be added to the main door."

"The location is great. Any destination in QC City you may have can be accessed on foot. They also have parking option (first come first serve), which is great to have in the city. The place was also accommodating for small children, which was a good plus for us."

"The room, especially the bathroom can be cleaner. There is some renovation work that is important to do in the bathroom to make it cleaner and more appealing."
