"Excellent location with a very caring host. Probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Nothing to much for the host. Breakfast to die for. Location is perfect with a short walk to the centre and Menen Gate."

"The property was only a short walk away from the Menin gate. The room was perfect, comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. The host Nancy let us park our motorcycles in her garage and there was space for cars on the road. Great breakfast, she also cooked us scrambled eggs."

"Everything was great, Nancy is a wonderful host for the 3 nights we stayed. The room was large with a great bathroom. We were cycling, and Nancy was kind enough to allow us use of her garage to store them. The house is on a quiet road close to the centre and all the amenities of Ypres. Nancy thank you for letting us stay."
