"Very central, simple clean and cozy design, the bed is very comfortable. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, I had a medical emergency and the owner drove me to his doctor to help get what I needed he waited for me, drove me to the pharmacy and made sure I was doing ok. 10/10 Beautiful shower and close to all amenities"

"As it was January and very cold the room was freezing on our arrival but warmed up quickly after radiatior turned on. In the morning I washed my hair and the hair dryer was broken, not fun leaving with wet hair in cold Jan morning. Floors are practical but extremely cold on your feet. All things that could be sorted."

"There are very steep and tight steps up to rooms. I would not suggest for anyone with mobility issues. There was no air conditioning. It was not overly hot, so we got on ok."
"Pretty much everything- all three rooms were taken by members of our cycling tour group, and we were able to securely store our bikes on the ground floor. As there's no staff on site for much of the day, arranging times for our arrival and breakfast was necessary, but easily done, Chesney was very helpful indeed and an excellent host. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, bathroom massive, modern, and clean. Breakfast offering: bread, cheese & cold meats, yoghurt, etc, plus freshly made scrambled egg- all quality. The Menin Gate, railway station & some excellent bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk."

"There was no soap for washing your hands so used my own shower gel. The fridge had really thick dust on it which I cleaned. There was a nightclub very bearby so was really loud until about 2am no sound proofing ,The breakfast was bread, meats, an offer of egg, and Nutella. The man who served us didn't say much at all. And we felt like him wanted us to leave."
