"Wonderful stay! Loved just about everything about this place. Lovely hosts, amazing quirky and interesting boat, great facilities, great location."

"Only one bath towel per room. Bit echoey at night if playing games in the living area and you want to go to bed early (just take earplugs if you’re early to bed), need to be quiet out on deck after 22:00 (understandable as there’s flats nearby)"

"Mieke en Jean uitermate vriendelijk. Unieke locatie en accommodatie om Ieper en omgeving te verkennen. Voor onze groep van 8 uit Tirol perfect. Samen ontbijt maken en genieten van het haardvuur. Heerlijk. Aanrader!!"

"We loved the house, especially sitting around the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, the heating worked really well, the beds were comfortable and spacious. We parked across the house and the parking space was plenty. The view from the living room was lovely. Communication with our hosts was very prompt and helpful. Beds were prepared before our arrival. Make sure to talk with Fabienne's husband for activity suggestions and the history of the place, he is wonderfully knowledgeable. We intend to come back in the summer."

"Really nice looking old building. The flat itself also offers all what you would expect: cleanliness, comfortable mattress, good location near to the beach and many restaurants, quiteness. Contact with the owners was also easy."

"Our host Ella was fantastic. She has great local knowledge, and was very helpful. She arranged gluten free options for my wife for breakfast and we were offered plenty of options on the breakfast with a wide selection of breads, fruit salad, boiled egg cooked to our liking, and a little treat (the first day was home made carrot cake, followed by gingerbread and chocolate brioche on the subsequent days). The room was a good size, with a shower and separate toilet. There was daily turn down of the room with water and tea/coffee provided daily. WiFi in each room meant we could watch programmes on our tablet or listen to music when we returned to the room. The b&b is also in a fantastic location as it's very central to everything, meaning you a 30 minute walk to either end of the city. If arriving by train consider getting a taxi or bus to the b&b though as it's about a 30 minute walk which is tricky with luggage over the cobbled pavements."
