"The apartment was excellent, very clean and spacious and all the facilities I could ever need. High standard of quality and cleanliness. Location is also perfect, right in downtown Canberra, could not have asked for better."

"Good location in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. free parking. Comfortable apartment , modern and beautifully appointed. The number to call was helpful ."

"To complicated finding timely information. Trying to search Booking.com website, smss and emails at the last minute when youre tired and disoriented from the travel . Information like password numbers . locating the lock box is split between sms s and emails sent at different times and hidden behind paragraphs and sentences of text. An unpleasant start to the accomodation - when the actual accomodation is very very pleasant. No instructions in the accomodation eg how to find the gym and pool - hunt the whole biulding to locate it as theres no signs. AC isnt working well - probably because the filters havnt been cleaned , front room was very very hot with no AC there and the main AC not able to pump cool air into the front room . The remote for the car parking is only opening the exit door forcing you to drive on the wrong side to get in . The parking bay for room 607 could not be found, we parked in any empty bay and hoped this didnt inconvenience the bay owners. The parking bays are all randomly assigned and not in any order . We drove around the whole two lower levels with all 4 passengers looking for the number. The result of all this, locating the code . locating the laundromat locating the parking bay :took 1 hour to finally get into the accomodation by which time you were feeling sick from exhaustion ."
