"We were told that the security entrance system is being upgraded but.securoty will assiat us to get in and out. On several occasions we had difficulties entering. At 21h00 at night the security guard could not open the boom as he had no access to open the boom. We stood for 15 min at entrance also blocking vehicles behind us until a aupervisor came to open the boom."

"Kaijaiki is a true gem! I have stood in unit 4 which was super spaciouse, had a lovely well equipped kitchenett and a beautiful, tranquil view onto the courtyard. The next door coffee-store where breakfast is served is so cozy and food is deliciouse. Manager and staff go over and above to make my stay comfortable. Highly recommend it."
