"Villa is really close to the Lake Peipus, literally like 2 minutes of walking (we were lucky - the weather was sunny and managed to sunbathe on the sandy beach). Villa has a big parking - around 4-5 cards could fit there. On the premises there is a great outdoor kitchen, where me and my friends mostly spent our time cooking and grilling. There were enough beds to fit us all in and everybody comfortably slept. The wooden-heated sauna was also a great addition to our wonderful stay."

"Лес, расположение супер, озеро прямо рядом. Всё в принципе новое чистое."

"Очень сильно гудят радиаторы отопления, спать не возможно, не уснуть. Камин невозможно разжечь, дрова большие поленья их не разжечь- сырые, топора не , хвороста нет. Топор нам отказались принести, сославшись на то что поздно в 22:00. Далее, в парилке нет ведра с черпаком, нечем подкинуть пара. Трап в душе забит настолько что вода вообще не уходит, вытекает прямо под дверь в жилое помещение в комнату, так как порога там тоже нету. Более того вода затекает под стиральную машинку. Знаете же что если машинка включена, и тент в ней поврежден (такое бывает), можно с душа больше никогда не выйти живым…. В остальном, домики хорошие, только вот эти недочёты бы устранить и вуаля)"

"Everything was clean and new. Sauna was inside the house. The lake is not far, approx. 300m near. Overall, everything was good. There are two bedrooms each with three sleeping places, the house was spacious enough for 5 persons."

"Nice location close enough to the lake, calm and quiet surroundings. The property is clean and well taken care of."
