"Wow—that’s all I can say! Alexis is the best host ever. The location can't be beaten, and the same goes for the staff. You get proper 6-star service for a fraction of the price!"

"The quality of the room (luxury beach bungalow) and furnishings. The helpfulness of the staff particularly the hotel manager Alex. The location whilst on the windy side of the Island was lovely and unspoiled, plus a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Salt Whistle Bay. The hotel blends in with it's natural surroundings really well. The restaurant and food at the hotel were really nice, we enjoyed the natural design and ambience. The chef asked guests how the meal was at the end which was a nice touch. The owner was very friendly and open to questions and feedback."
"Some very minor lapses in food orders. Occasionally dishes were missed, incorrect or missing sides with no explanation. Potentially the final transfer was on the expensive side for how long it took, but we appreciate it could be the going rate."
