"The breakfast was great! You could enjoy several small pies, it was exquisite and had good flavor. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is near the main road, and lots of shops and restaurants are within walking distance."

The room at first night, the window of the room faced the main road, when the tram passed by, you could feel the vibration in your room, especially the bed close the window, which is closer to the main road. At night, no vibration due to no tram. But you would like to take a rest at the day time, this room would make you uncomfortable. However, I requested to change the room at second night, the room was inside, the environment was quiet and very comfortable."

The Manager was very welcoming and was happy to answer our questions and share his thoughts about the situation in Ukraine at the moment. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. "Exquisite hotel in the heart of Lviv. Communication was smooth and respectful. The room was absolutely stunning: wide, cozy, with a king-size bed. I didn't hear a street outside (good soundproofing). All opportunities of a 5-star hotel were included here. Next visit I'll definitely stay here again. Love Lviv as my second beloved city in Ukraine - first is Dnipro ha-ha :)"

"The hotel is perfectly located in the downtown area, making it easy to explore all the historical and architectural landmarks—truly a mesmerizing experience. There are also plenty of authentic restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious Ukrainian cuisine and get a real taste of the local culture. Our room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the spacious bathtub, large enough for two people—a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s interior design is truly a work of art, adding to the overall charm of the place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely return the next time we visit Ukraine!"

"Great Historic Hotel, in the heart of Lviv, Nice room and Plenty of hot water in Bathroom shower, which can be rare on Historic hotels, but this were really modern standard. Nice Breakfast buffet. Great to have such Nice hotel with history more than 100 years back. Still its renovated with passion and respect, to meet Todays standard. Support this Pearl of a Hotel. We had Parking across the street in secured paid parking arear. Nice cozy Roof Balcony with big Restaurant."

"We often stayed in Lviv but had no idea about this wonderful hotel before. The staff here are very polite, the service is excellent, and the breakfasts are amazing. Everything feels very homely. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to go for a walk, even with a small child. Inside, everything is well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable. I would also like to highlight the availability of a kids’ playroom in the hotel, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with a young child. Thank you, and we highly recommend this hotel!"

"I suggested installing liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom because using the classic hotel small piece of soap is quite inconvenient."

"A very minor issue. I did not see the complimentary water and took a very small water from the fridge which I told the reception on checking out. I was charged 190 grivnia. It is not the amount but the lack of style...I have a hotel in Tuscany, Italy. I would never charge for a little bottle of water...but no problem at all"
