"我对早餐比较满意，该有的基本都有，咖啡很棒，工作人员态度很好，前台和行李员表现出很高的素养。我非常感谢行李员的礼貌和绅士风度，给小费也拒绝，这让我对伟大的哈尔科夫有了更崇高的敬意。谢谢前台的姑娘帮我叫出租车并让我把行李放行李间。"

"Breakfast was great and enjoyed each buffet each morning. Staff was superb, the ladies at the front desk stopped what they were doing and had time to help me book a ticket and print it. Oelena you were simply great in this effort. So was the dark haired lady who helped me on Saturday. Much thanks to the porters who helped me move my bags om the taxi to my room. When I return next year I hope to stay in the Hotel Aurora."

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."
