Aquesta casa d'estil tradicional de Zanzíbar es troba al poble de Jambiani, en una platja privada amb palmeres. Disposa de terrassa amb vistes a l'oceà Índic i d'una zona de saló menjador comunitària. Les habitació de The Vanilla House presenten una disseny tradicional, amb llit grans de fusta tallada amb dosser i sostre de fulles de plàtan. Hi ha 3 estades amb bany privat i 2 allotjaments amb bany compartit. Cada matí, The Vanilla ofereix un refrigeri matinal amb fruita, suc acabat de fer, ous i pancakes. El sopar se serveix de 18:00 a 20:00. A més, els bars de la zona ofereixen begudes refrescants. L'allotjament disposa d'una terrassa gran, on podreu descansar. El empleats us pot ajudar a organitzar diverses activitats, com ara visites turístiques, submarinisme, passejos en vaixell i tallers de cuina. Igualment podreu nedar amb dofins. El Vanilla House es troba a 40 km de Stone Town i a uns 50 km de l'aeroport internacional Julius Nyerere.

"Since I read the book who the owner Dorota wrote, I really wanted to visit Vanilla House. And it was as I imagined, even better!!! The sound of the ocean at night...The breeze.. The food... The view... I loved it!!!!"

"Asked the staff for wifi and they tolld me 10 minutes and then i never heard from them again. Later on, I asked the owner for wifi and was basically ignored. You can get cheaper places on the beach with wifi but I will say that it was a comfortable place."

"Vanilla House to wyjątkowe miejsce dla osób, ceniących sobie spokój, kameralne, przytulne miejsca na wypoczynek od codziennego życia . Widok o poranku z tarasu pięknego lazurowego oceanu zaraz po wyjściu z pokoju sprawiał, że od razu pojawiał się uśmiech na mojej twarzy i chęć na eksplorowanie tej niesamowitej wyspy. Atmosfera tego domu to ludzie, którzy tam pracują i dbają o dom i komfort odwiedzających. Aika i jej pyszne dania a moje ulubione curry fish :-) Dorotka, właścicielka domu, to wspaniała osoba na właściwym miejscu, pełna pasji i zaangażowania."

"Dom połozony przy samej plaży, z wyjątkowym klimatem. Bardzo dobre posiłki przygotowywane przez Aikę z lokalnych swieżych produktów. Pani Dorota zawsze na miejscu, pomagała w organizowaniu czasu i opowiadała o lokalnych zwyczajach. Na miejscu można nurkować (centrum divingu PADI za płotem), żeglować ngalawą- tradycyjną łodzią żaglową, kitesurfingować lub po prostu spędzać czas na plaży- która szczególnie w czasie odpływu jest bardzo rozległa."

"Coziness. I could sit at the veranda all day and just watch the view and sip authentic Zanzibari coffee. The vast ocean is few steps away from the doorstep and this home is definitely located in a heart of Jambiani. Great access to the beach. Great staff. Good vibe. Something that tells you-pole pole-just relax and keep watching the ocean. Or the Sunrises!"

"Veramente favoloso! La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il nyerere National park. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ha organizzato per noi la visita al parco. Anche lo staff è preparato e gentilissimo. Lavorano al campo anche dei Masai che ti accompagnao la sera in camera e ti aiutano con le valige. La struttura affaccia direttamente sul fiume in una posizione sicura e rialzata e da qui si può organizzare un safari in barca della durata di circa due ore in cui si possono vedere coccodrilli, vari tipi di uccelli e ippopotami. La vista dalla camera è dalla zona comune è spettacolare. La camera è pulita e spaziosa e con una vista meravigliosa. Ulteriore nota positiva è il cibo, cucinato internamente sul fuoco e veramente buonissimo. Ogni dettaglio del campo, dagli alloggi alla cucina, è curato e garantisce un'esperienza immersiva. Riassumendo....meraviglioso e fortemente consigliato."

"La casa tradicional és espectacular. És cert que, con havíem llegit als comentaris, la humitat acumulada passa factura i l'habitació agafa a estones una mica de pudor, però no va ser un gran problema i la vam ventilar amb facilitat. La netedat és impecable. Teníem un preciós lavabo privat exterior, per l'estructura de la casa, que tampoc va ser un problema, al contrari. El darrer dia ens van guardar les motxilles (teníem vol de matinada) i quan vam tornar al vespre a buscar-les ens van deixar dutxar abans d'anar a l'aeroport. Ho vam agrair moltíssim!!! També la gestió per aconseguir-nos un taxi. El personal és molt amable i gens invasiu, cosa que personalment agraïm. L'hotel és ben situat, tant per perdre's pels carrerons d'Stone Town com per anar a la platja per a fer excursions a l'illa de la presó o a la platja de Nakupenda. Repetiríem sense dubtar!"
