"Friendly staff very welcoming they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable"
"The towels in the bathroom were too worn out they could do with new set. I ended up staying there for four weeks in the junior suit but TV was not working and wi fi was poor Breakfast was okay but not the best. My family enjoyed the pool and the garden, buffet at dinner times was amazing overall apart from the minor issues I would recommend the hotel to anyone"

"For a conference centre not to provide laptops in the venues was a bit unusual and some of the breakout rooms were not suitable. We used the main hall and a stage was set up, but they did not have a cover for the stage, it looked shabby."
