"The staff especially the young girl at the counter were very helpful. She helped us a lot in planning our itinerary, which metros to take, and good places to eat . The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"I booked a room without a window, thinking it would be quiet (no street noise) but there was still noise from the surrounding rooms. The bathroom was about 20cm higher than the rest of the room, so if you’re taller than 180cm, you won’t be able to stand up in it."

"Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and very professional. Family Mart is just downstairs, and a lot of other convenience stores and restos are within the vicinity. There's also a bus stop nearby and the MRT station is also walking distance (3 min walk)."

"Good location, about 8-10 minutes walk from Nanjing Fuxing metro station. I travelled with my 3 kids and they love the room very much. 5 stars to the mattress, really comforting after our full days of tired walking activities. They also gave me a Mother’s Day gift as a complement."
"This hotel cannot be found in Uber apps, therefore I had difficulties to set the location to book Uber car. The dryer machine took longer time compared to what’s shown on the display screen (I set 1 hour but actually it took almost 2 hours, so it disrupted my plan for the day. The machine can only be used from 9am-10pm). The rest are all good."
