"Room and toilet were clean, and has good ventilation. There are washing machine and dryer, hot drinking water dispenser and fridge available. Walking distance to metro, bus, restaurants and convenience stores."
"Sound proofing was not very good. Some guests may not aware that the door is heavy so it bangs when closing. We had to hold on the door so that it close slowly and softly."
"Near to fuzhong mrt station. There is family mart near to the hotel and mega city mall. We have a problem with the toilet after check in and we inform the staff to change the room and they agreed.the laundry also there.you can use for free."

"此次家族旅遊，一間雙人房、一間四人房，雙人房剛好位置和水管管線相近，所以晚上都聽見流水聲，會影響睡眠品質；四人房門鎖鎖鏈沒有鏈子，覺得少了一份安全感😅，浴室乾濕分離但只有一片一半的隔板，所以沐浴後也還是會導致浴室濕答答的，而隔音效果比較差，剛好又有帶小孩入住，就很害怕會吵到其他房客😢"
