"The complementary breakfast and laundry was great to have. Staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. We stayed over New Years Eve and the hotel left a gift after our room was cleaned, which was very cute and unexpected."
"The room had a mild smoky smell despite not being a smoking room - may have been due to the previous guest doing the wrong thing as we found a used cigarette on the window sill."

"前一天去住宿前，晚上10點多想起來打去詢問房內多少顆的問題，因為我本身懷孕七個月，不想帶月亮枕的問題，結果服務人員非常貼心的特別回撥電話告訴我房內有幾顆枕頭！ 隔天早上我們要check in的時候，他們也很貼心讓我們先寄放。下午一點多，他們也特別體諒我是孕婦，特別儘早幫我安排好房間，等到我們回來的時候，還幫忙把行李放到房間去了，超貼心！ 接著廁所也是乾濕分離，免治馬桶，沒有任何霉味或是空氣不好聞的氣味，很乾淨！ 晚上睡覺時，隔音也很棒，窗簾一打開，明亮而且很乾淨。 打開電視，雖然台數不是每一台都可以看，但是他們有藍光光碟可以看，真的可以看個電影放鬆一下。 整體來說，真心覺得這間的老闆真的應該幫每位員工加薪，他們真的很棒很貼心，如果有機會再住板橋，我一定會再光顧👍"
