"房間直接面對田園和鐵軌，可欣賞火車，風景不錯。 泡湯池算大，腳可以完全伸直，水壓水量大。 設備維持的不錯，房間整潔。 地點很好，對面就客運站。 服務人員親切。 隔音較差，火車經過、隔壁房吹頭髮、小孩尖叫聲都蠻清楚的，淺眠者建議戴耳塞。 水溫開最熱的溫度大概是正常人洗澡再稍微熱一點的溫度，想泡燙一點可能就無法，晚上的水溫比下午熱一點。"

"The hot spring is available in the room which is nice and you can suck in the hot spring in your room. However, the water temperature is just warm not hot. The hot spring water in the park even hotter than here."

"非常乾淨，櫃檯人員也很親切，入住時解說很詳細，一樓還有點心吧，雖然因為行程的關係沒有使用，但是感覺很窩心，性價比高。"

"地下室有兒童遊樂區可以給小孩放電，不知道是否是平日，我們是包場遊樂設施，另外鄰近鐵路，小孩看到火車經過很興奮，聲音部分確實比較大一點，但是門窗關起來就好一些，但是如果很淺眠介意聲響的就建議再考慮一下"

"住宿符合預期，房間乾淨，浴缸夠大，B1的遊戲室玩具很大，四歲的孩子樂不思蜀。下午茶bar很貼心，房間有兩包小餅乾也使人愉悅。"
"缺點是浴室的玻璃隔間沒有拉簾遮蔽，即使是家庭入住也不免尷尬，建議還是加裝的好。 此外，雖然服務人員很客氣，但建議入住須知還是發紙本或訊息都好，剛好孩子介於要鬧而未鬧之間還一定要在櫃檯聽說明時讓我焦躁不已，而且一邊在意小孩，說明其實也無法準確記住，還不如紙本說明還能事後看。"
