"雖然我沒有使用到，但是民宿提供很多服務～ 一樓客廳有蠻多旅遊資訊還可以協助租機車，民宿本身好像也提供腳踏車租借，甚至還有外出拖鞋！！ 每個房間好像都有小朋友的玩具🥰（滿足了童心） 老闆很友善～有什麼問題都可以問～ 喔對了沒有提供牙膏牙刷各位要自備喔"

"1.很愛護南投和集集的好民宿，有折價卷可去向店家購買飲食或商品，可直接折抵金額。2月份因接近過年有小驚喜，住宿還可去集集驛站內兌換天御梅汁，房內也有提供南投冠軍濾掛咖啡和日月紅茶，1樓大廳也有台灣小農的伴手禮和文創商品可購買喔。 2.不論大廳或房間，皆呈現日式的高雅幽靜，很感謝民宿老闆及員工們的辛苦維護，未來一定會再回訪。 3.浴室有熱水循環鈕，感覺出來民宿有處處環保愛地球的心，但因為比較不顯眼，一開始以為是緊急按鈕，快退房才看到，覺得以後可以貼在門後面公告事項，讓大家可以一起瞭解並使用。 小注意提醒： 若比較淺眠的人，附近是有火車會經過（早上6、7點，印象有2班），但因為我們到南投的行程排得比較多，所以其實蠻累的，雖然火車經過的時候，有稍微醒過來，但因房間和床非常舒服又睡著了。"
