"Last day while eating mantı on beach restaurant, my wife broke her tooth because of a small stone/bone in minced meat. We talked with guest relations but there was a male manager there. He was a bit judgy and made us feel guilty to ask if hotel will pay dentist check since it is hotel’s mistake. I dont remember his name but he needs to be more positive with guests."

"The hotel was amazing and very generous. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the staff were very friendly. The sea and pool facilities were fantastic, making it a safe and enjoyable spot for families."

"Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful. The food, facilities, and atmosphere were excellent. However, on the last two days of our visit, there was a faint but unpleasant smell on one side of the pool, which I think the hotel should look into. I also would have appreciated a wider selection of wines at the open buffet. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was superb."

"I liked the courtesy of the staff, the huge variety of food, the pool, the beach, the room. Everything. The room was very big, with two bathrooms and two balconies! Şelale, who was cleaning our room, was adorable and very professional. Ramazan C. at the main restaurant was always nice and working tirelessly, as well as all the other employees. It was our second time in this hotel and we will go again."

"Myself and my husband have stayed at Paloma Pasha 4 times now. We love the choice of restaurants and places to sunbathe…by the amazing pool, the small beach or our favourite place the jetty. Everything is easily accessible due to the layout of the complex. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a lovely relaxing place with the option to join in on activities if you’re feeling energetic, go for a walk along the promenade nearby and attend great evening entertainment if you choose to."

"The cocktails could do with an upgrade, most of them are made with a mix of syrups which are pretty awful. The beds by the pool were changed a few years ago and are not comfortable like the original ones were. The food in the main restaurant can often be gone cold so it’s best to wait for a fresh batch to come out."

"Paloma Pasha is a wonderful hotel at the end of the local bay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were wonderful in solving the mistake at the Booking, so thank you very much for that. The rooms with a pool access are awsome. The big pool is great, and the pier is pefect, if you enjoy being just above the sea and prefer deep water at the entry. Bars offer good selection of drinks. There are some cats, which are very kind and staff takes good care about them, but cats are very pleased with some additional treats. Mostly there are no lines in the main dinning are, tables are clean, and food is good. In the years we are comming to Paloma Pasha, we never had any health issus with the food. A la cart restaurants are great as well, the prices in the steak house are very reasonable and the meat is great."

"Teh evening program is nit as good as it used to be, and efter dinner it is difficult to find an empty table to have a drink. We enjoyed the food preparation outside the main buikding in the previous years, and food selection at lunch and dinner is not as good as it used to be, but it is still much above the food selection in majority of the all inclusive hotels."

"Outstanding location. Hotel is at the edge of one part of the village, so there is no pass through promenade - feels nice. Amazing beach - not huge but there was always enough space. Most of it benefits from a relatively "flat" access to sea which is perfect if you are traveling with a small kid. There is also a pier to the side of it with some wild sea life (crabs, fish, a few sea urchins). A separate complement for a wide roofed terrace with restaurants near the right beach - great place to hide from the heat. Very tasty food in all restaurants including the basic/main one. A la carte restaurants very good as well (aside from Sushi one, which is average but that's fair). Steak house (where you need pay) is worth its buck. Some of the room facilities have been recently renovated, which is nice. Overall, hotel layout makes sense and is comfortable."

"Few strong negative thoughts but a few observations: Some of staff members have been really kind and nice but overall, there could be an improvement on that front. When you make orders frequently you need to wait long times and not immediately clear that e.g. staff at the reception is keen to help. Once there were also no towels available at the beach. Hotel could extend the renovations/upgrades to cover e.g. the children playground, showers in the rooms, etc. Room cleaning could be more thorough at times. Final small thing - terrible coffee at breakfast (and for some reason no ability to order proper espresso or Turkish coffee - only the machine-powered powder one)."

"The only thing I would comment on or rather suggest, is the layout of the buffet in the main restaurant. Both meat and vegetarian dishes were sat side by side, sometimes with no food description label by its side, so it was difficult to tell if the dish was meat or vegetarian. Maybe an idea, to have vegetarian dishes presented on one side and meat dishes on the other, to make it easier especially for the vegetarians to know what they are eating."

"The resort is not too big and not overly crowded. The location was great, away for the town but not too far if you wanted to explore, I hired a car. Alacart restaurants were of good standard. I watched a night of dancing entertainment, which was fun. Service by the staff was great, always willing to help."

"The decor is a bit dated, hence reflected on the price. There are quite a few cats roaming around. This can be a nuance when you have dinner. Buffet restaurant food is lacking and limited."
