"Cleaners were horrible - operationally and functionally One day I had to ask them to clean my room 4 times - first time was at 11am and got my room cleaned only at 5pm after the escalation to reception team Quality of cleaning was also very poor - I had baklava crumbs in the carpet for 3 days untouched - every time she just put an armchair above it so it would not be visible"

"My only criticism was that the bathroom door didn’t close and the second day of our stay for some reason we were only given one cup , one glass and one hand towel which was odd . And for some people like us we like to have more than one hot drink so the complimentary creamers and teas , coffees one each isn’t adequate"
