"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right between the old and new parts of the city, which made getting around incredibly easy. Although the building is older, it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were not only warm and welcoming but also impressively efficient. Special thanks to Ms. Begüm at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and coordinated everything we requested with great care. The view from the hotel was stunning, and our room was very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and the food was truly delicious. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and will definitely return."
