"Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect, and the owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people we’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We were especially touched when they kindly offered to drop us off at the entrance to the Pamukkale Travertines to save us the extra walk — such a thoughtful gesture! We truly loved our stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!"

"The hotel is great. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome at the entrance door. The staff at the reception always answered questions immediately. The bars make sure that drinks are served on time. The staff in the restaurant is very careful, quickly but unobtrusively removes dirty dishes. Very good selection of food. One person carefully cleans the floor all the time and it is always perfectly clean. People work quickly but without stress, which is very important. After Mardan Palace, we had another premium hotel booked in Belek. Mardan Palace is much better. We will go to Mardan Palace again next year."

Received a complimentary room upgrade, staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Amazing breakfast - delectable spread of artisan mezze and local specialties, eggs cooked perfectly to order any way you like them… Complimentary tea and cookies/fruit/nuts in the afternoon in the lobby! Location is fantastic - central and surrounded by a trendy neighborhood yet tucked away so very quiet/private. Book a dinner at Nicole too - best fine dining we’ve had in Istanbul!! Rooms are spacious, stylish and immaculately clean with the most plush bed and pillows one could imagine :)"

"Per nosaltres ens va semblar super bé. Vàrem tenir l'habitació de la planta baixa que per segons qui pot resultar molest però per nosaltres va anar perfecte, ja que allà les cases són estretes i aquí no tenien ascensor. No vàrem haver de pujar escales. Molt aprop dels monuments i esglésies, vàrem arribar de l'aeroport amb un autobús que just deixa aprop de l'hotel. Es veu molt segur, tot agradable, es pot trobar llocs assequibles per menjar. El personal molt amable i correcte,parlen angles però no fluid (com nosaltres :) l'esmorzar Buffett cassola, molt correcte."
