"Cockroach in the bathroom when first arrived. Odd rule of not being able to take food and drink into the hotel. I understand not take aways or drinks by the pool, but all food and drink seemed draconian."

"The greeting needs to be better. The bell boys were distracted they need to try harder and open the card door to welcome you back to the hotel not just ignore you and expect you to take your own suitcase into the hotel! Very poor this needs looking at, there is no discipline in what these guys do outside."

"The pool and outside areas were lovely, well kept and clean. Access to the water park was great, a big bonus. We had food and it was lovely, tasty and fresh."
"The room was a bit dated and it could have been a bit cleaner.. the floor didn’t seem like it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. Also for some reason they have red lights everywhere.. I didn’t like this, made everything look a bit cheap in my opinion. It’s also very expensive.. so if you’re not all inclusive be aware!"
