"The location and personnel ♥️♥️ Eren and Ercen are the most helpful people ready to solve and arrange all your requests- from coffee at 5 am to private tours 👍 The breakfast is the real harvest 😀 a lot of tasty meze and the most delicious pancakes 😊 The rooms are cozy and clean. "The Fatih area is just a giant hassle. As soon as you step out the door of this lovely hotel, you have people desperate to get you into their restaurant. We found it too much and would not stay there for that reason in future. Such a shame as the hotel is perfect, not their fault."
