"It is a stunning location and very relaxing. The all inclusive deal is good value for money. Restaurant staff were generally helpful and attentive, but the service could have been slicker."

"Long queues at the bar, when you should not queue at a bar anyway. Bar staff could have been friendlier. Coffee machines broke. A lack of basics like milk and orange juice and it seemed like they were running out of basic foodstuffs. We were unable to see a menu or opening hours for the Laguna Restaurant, which we would have liked to try."

"Loved the location of the property, private beach access and the relaxing atmosphere it provides. We took the all inclusive package which totally makes sense and the choice and variety of food and beverage was great, including coffee and drinks by the beach bar. Our room although basic had a great view of the sea."

"Well, it was me and my wife, there were just too many kids so hard to find some peace and quiet at times, the layout of the property is such that you need to walk uphill and downhill a lot or wait for buggies which are quite efficient but there is a dependency. Not all hotel staff speak English 90% speak the local language so a bit difficult to communicate if you have certain specific requests. Some staff were friendly yet some staff were quite indifferent so does not reflect a true hospitality spirit. Our rooms were quite basic, we were staying in block 1 - but if the property calls itself 5 star then the room and amenities are definitely not 5 star."

"Eine der schönsten Lagen auf der Bodrum Halbinsel. Die A La Carte Restaurants bieten eine sehr gute Qualität und der Staff ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Resort mit drei Buchten einem grossen Angebot an Wassersport und Gastronomie ist sowohl für Familien wie Paare bestens geeignet."

"Die Ausstattung der all-inclusive Restaurants gleicht einer Abflughalle ohne Bezug zum Resort und ohne Liebe designed, zum Glück gibt es tolle Aussenflächen, nur die ist begehrt. Leider passt sich der Staff der Öde an und sollte in diesem Bereich besser geschult und organisiert werden."

"Die Lage und die grosse Gartenanlage ist wunderbar. Mann merkt gar nicht, dass das Resort so gross ist. Die Qualität der Getränke (Bar, Kaffeebar) ist sehr gut."

"Das Sea Garden hat im Gegensatz zu früher an Qualität verloren. Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich und teilweise sehr unmotiviert. Schade für ein "Schweizer Unternehmen". Da muss in der Führung etwas geändert werden. Beim Frühstück hat es schon früh kein Brot mehr. Schmutzige Tische werden nicht abgeräumt und es wird nicht neu aufgetischt. Wir mussten alles selber machen und das Personal irrt unmotiviert herum. In den a la Carte-Restaurants ist die Qualität und Auswahl nicht berauschend. Vorspeise und Hauptmahlzeit werden gleichzeitig serviert. Alles in allem lässt die Verpflegung sehr zu wünschen übrig!! Sehr schade, da sonst ein wunderbares Resort an einer grossartigen Lage!"
