"Piscinele, mancarea, gradina cu copaci mari si frumosi, marea, curatenie, personal amabil, muzica de la receptie Shutle free catre cateva directii printre care Alanya, Side."
"Personalul are nivel scazut de limba engleza. Camera primita a fost in cladirea Mimoza pe partea din spate. Camera pe care am primit-o era cu vedere catre curtea hotelului de alaturi deci no view. Camera era aproape de aqua parcul de alaturi care avea animatie si muzica tare in perioada 9-22. De la piscina peincipala mi-au disparut papucii de plaja si nu i-am mai gasit. La ora 19 deja nu mai erau. Pozele puse la prezentare pe booking.com nu reflecta realitatea. Vechia receptie, care era superba, nu mai exista. Receptia este la hotelul Botanik Platinum, care este, de fapt, un bloc de beton. Pt booking.com: In cazul in care se bifeaza optiunea ca booking.com sa faca plata automat, taxa acestui serviciu este egala cu o noapte de cazare, ceea ce e cam mult!"
