The Nai Harn

"The staff were attentive, friendly, very efficient and professional throughout all areas of the hotel. Our accomodation was first class. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable with all the facilities one would expect from a 5* hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with a massive selection of breakfast options. Everything was delivered with efficiency and exceptional service served with courteousness and friendliness. We ate at both the restaurants, Cosmo and Rocksalt several times. Exceptional cuisine and service. Truly delicious food. Although Nai Harn beach is now pretty busy due to extra accommodation in the area and other visitors, the Nai Harn has a very private location and the business of the area does not infringe on this privacy.."

"The Nai Harn hotel is built on a hill which means that all floors need to be accessed by a lift with the exception of the 3 floor and those higher up. We arrived late at the hotel and were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. This meant navigating a series of very steeps and there were no handrails to assist. We had advised and spoken several times with staff at the hotel that we both has some mobility issues so accommadating us on this floor was a big error. This was however rectified the next day and we were moved to the 2nd floor. However there are very many steps to navigate at this hotel on a daily basis and the majority of them do not have railings. It makes it really risky for those who have even mild to moderate mobility issues to feel confident and safe to navigate these stairs. Having railings installed on these steps would make it so much safer."

"An amazing experience! The service were outstanding in every department. Our son was particularly taken care of by the restaurant staff in Cosmos, greeted with affection every time, even receiving a birthday muffin. The view across Nai Harn bay is breathtaking and access to the sea was easy. A dedicated beach team ensure we always had a deck chair only metres away from the seas. The hotel beach is conveniently located next to the Rock Salt restaurant great for lunch or just a beer. Highly recommended ."

"This is a very beautiful hotel with the most magnificent views over nai harn beach and the sea. The rooms have every luxury and the best views we have ever had over the most comfortable day beds. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The buffet was exceptional. Cocktails over the sea at happy hour were a daily joy. We will definitely be back."

"Restaurant is expensive Hot duvet in the bedroom which incite people to turn up aircon more than they should which is against eco friendly messaging of the hotel. Should remove hot duvet for light bedsheets. More water fountains to incite refills."
