"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

"The host Damian was exceptionally responsive to my questions and even recommended a car rental company to me. When the U.S. government shutdown created trip uncertainty, Damian was understanding and indicated how best to handle the situation if flights were cancelled or delayed. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Easy parking outside the property."
