"Central location in town, free decent breakfast, friendly staff and surf lessons through the lodge which was great. There were lots of reviews around noise so we messaged in advance to ask for a quiet room and we didn't have any issues so this wasn't a problem for us. Lots of hammocks to chill in also"
"Nothing really. We didn't actually spend much time at the lodge itself the lounges to sunbathe on were plastic so got super hot but we spent most of the time at the beaches and out and about anyway"

"Great stay at Papaya Lodge - My private room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning and a private bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. The pool, second-floor hangout, and hammock area made it a great place to relax. Filtered water and a shared kitchen were also provided, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent for exploring El Tunco."
"There’s some noise at night from a nearby bar, but it wasn’t too bad. Earplugs could help if you’re sensitive to sound"
