"Coffee at breakfast was awesome first morning, then Coffee machine changed and suddenly it tasted like water the rest of our stay. Also, daily cleaning services very poor in comparison to my other trips. Beds made poorly, no clean towels, no clean glasses and no toilet paper left on our last day. Very bad"

"We had a fantastic family stay here—perfectly located just 5 minutes by car from the slopes. The spa zone is amazing, with a great variety of saunas that everyone loved unwinding in after a day out. Breakfasts and dinners were fresh and varied every day, so kids and adults always found something they enjoyed. Large parking spots for electric cars were a big plus too. We visited over New Year’s Eve, and the dinner plus show program was superb—pure enjoyment for the whole family!"

"We had a very positive impression. The hotel’s operation is well thought out and precise. The staff are kind and conscientious. Both breakfast and dinner are of impeccable quality, with a wide selection. The wellness area is exceptionally well equipped, spectacular, and unique. The cafe also has a cigar room for smokers, which is an especially good solution in winter. They offer evening programs, and their arrangements for children are also well thought out. The Christmas menu was refined, accompanied by pleasant live music."

"The pillows in the room could be more comfortable, and it was a bit too warm for us at night. We couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves (or perhaps we just didn’t find the thermostat). The door closers could be stronger, as from time to time you can hear the slamming of doors from other rooms."

"The pillows are awful. Too big and soft, not comfortable at all which is a pity. The food variety could be better. Lacking some healthier options. No fruit at dinner for example. Also the desserts would finish and would not be replenished. Also breakfast lacks some lactose free options."
