"Molt bona ubicació. La piscina va molt bé després de fer totes les excursions del llac."

"L'habitació era àmplia i confortable amb una terrassa amb vistes al castell i a la piscina, molt agradable. El llit còmode. L'esmorzar bufet molt complet i variat. Bona ubicació, a prop del llac. Disposa d'aparcament gratuït. La zona del bar hi ha una terrassa on hi fan actuacions i fan còctels, bon espai per passar una estona tranquil·la. Disposa d'una piscina coberta amb un jacuzzi ben cuidats"
"No vam poder gaudir com calia de la piscina i el jacuzzi, perquè el dia que hi vam anar un grup de famílies allotjades l'havien convertit en el seu feu, fent cas omís als pictogrames de prohibit menjar, beure i jugar a pilota. Quan vam entrar la imatge va ser kafkiana, els pares bevent cervesa a l'entrada de la piscina, el jacuzzi amb nens, mares i algun pare menjant patates i bevent sucs i cerveses. Damunt una de les "tumbones" un pack d'aigües i un altre de cerveses comprades al supermercat. I un grup de nens a la piscina gran, que jugaven a perseguir-se amb la pilota i tirar-se-la amb molt energia per tocar-se i que gairebé ens toca a l'entrar, per sort va anar a parar contra el vidre i quan estàvem a la "tumbona" dues vegades ens va tocar el respatller de la "tumbona". Els pares sense avisar a cap nen. Vam informar a recepció i ens van comentar que ja els havien avisat però que no hi podien fer res, perquè no els feien cas, o el que vam entendre. Entenc que ha de ser una situació complicada per un allotjament, i més si ja s'ha pagat l'estada."

"Charging for use of sauna. Even if this is to be accepted it does not make sense to charge per person for 3 hours. We stayed one night and there is no way one person would use it that much. So better per room per hour or so"
