"Very generous staff, they will help in any way they can if possible. The facilities are all very good. The kitchen, bathrooms, toilettes, all very practical and they provide clean towels to every guest. It’s a place where mostly young people reside, at least that’s how it was when I was there in the summer. The location is at the very center of Bled where the bus station is so you are able to organise well for eventual trips by buses or shuttles to nearby sights."

"I didn’t like the shower here - it was awkwardly in the corner of a toilet block with both a door and a curtain. To shower you had to press for water for a set period of time, similar to some public bathroom taps for handwashing. This meant having to constantly keep pressing the button for your entire shower and was very uncomfortable."

"The location was great, as well as the equipment in the kitchen (coffee machine, terrace, etc). The atmosphere was cosy and very pleasant. The room was comfortable and very clean."

"The location of this hostel is fantastic. It is right next to the bus station and a very short walk to the lake. It is a bit further away from the main town of Bled (where you will find all the restaurants and shops), but its only about a 15 min walk away."

"I was initially all by myself in a hostel which can accommodate 24 people. There had been a mistake with Booking.com accepting my booking when technically the hostel was closed. This meant that I arrived and there was no one there...I mean no-one! No staff, no other guest. I used the door code provided by the host to access the hostel and my room, and everything was laid out prepared, clean bed and hostel instructions. I didn't meet the host/staff but did have email contact. Being alone made the stay feel like I was in an AirBnB (only with poor WiFi) - but it was a bit weird. On the second night, the hostel had accepted another booking, and a man joined...in the same room! I appreciate that's what happens in shared dorms - but I was not expecting to be ALONE in a hostel with just one other stranger. I felt uncomfortable. I had intended to stay another two nights, but I didn't. The following morning I packed and left, and returned to Ljubljana for 2 extra nights. This was not something that was completely the hostels fault - but knowing the situation they could have informed me via email in advance, giving me a chance to potentially look for alternate accommodation in Bled."

"Its really beautiful area, right next to FlixBus stop, lake is close and there is really good burger restaurant right under the hostel, the beds are comfortable."

"The owner is just extremely toxic and all around the hostel there are signs saying: “keeping laguage after check-out will cost you AT LEAST 10 euros”, “if you dont know how to use a toilet brush, ask the personal”, “clean after yourself, you are not alone in here” and so on. I understand they have rules, but there is no need to be this rude. Also its not very clean."
