"La Belle Tortue is a beautifully maintained hotel with a perfect location for both a beach holiday and a nature getaway. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly and attentive. Our room was cozy and spotlessly clean, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The island offers wonderful opportunities for long walks along the beach as well as scenic nature trails. Make sure to bring your hiking shoes!"

"The room was very spacious, with plenty of storage and a beautiful view of the sea. We especially appreciated the welcome chocolates, which were delicious, as well as the good selection in the minibar. The Wi-Fi connection in the room worked very well, and the à la carte breakfast was tasty with a great variety to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful beaches are located nearby, and snorkeling is possible directly from the shore (water shoes are recommended as it can be rocky). Bottled water was provided daily, and it is possible to rent snorkeling equipment, although we brought our own. The airport pick-up service, available for an extra fee, worked perfectly. The island itself is incredibly exciting and unspoiled, offering many great hikes and opportunities to enjoy nature"

"On the downside, while the bed was cozy, it was much too soft for our preference. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud, even at the lowest fan setting. The balcony was unfortunately not swept during our stay, and the Wi-Fi signal did not reach the beach, which can be inconvenient if you do not have a local SIM card"

"An extraordinary experience - thanks to Benjamin and his team. From being met at the quayside on arrival to being waved off at the end of the stay they couldn't have done more to make the stay enjoyable. Would recommend the veranda rooms that are just a few steps away from an idyllic beach with snorkelling a short swim away. We borrowed bikes to tour the Island and did some of the walking routes from the hotel. We would recommend visiting the Island Conservation Society office - incredibly helpful and interesting. The evening meal every day was top quality French cuisine based on the catch of the day. All in all one of our most memorable stays at a hotel."

"Location splendida ed esclusiva nell'isola privata di Silhouette. Qui la natura e la pace sono incredibili. Nell'isola ci sono due resort: questo e un Hilton. La Belle Tortue è a conduzione familiare; questo non inficia la qualità del soggiorno che rimane sempre di alto livello. Anzi, l'atmosfera è molto intima e tranquilla e non si è mai più di 10 persone nelle zone comuni. Tutte le stanze sono direttamente sulla spiaggia o a pochissimi metri. Consiglio vivamente di mangiare presso la struttura: ottima cucina francese accompagnata da una eccellente e ben fornita carta dei vini. La camera è molto ampia e ben curata, in particolare il bagno è nuovo. Tutto molto pulito. Servizio impeccabile, il letto viene rifatto più volte al giorno qualora sia stato usato"

"Es war alles rundum perfekt. So viel Liebe zum Detail, das Essen ist Weltklasse und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und können es jedem empfehlen. Da es wenige Zimmer gibt, liegt das Hauptaugenmerk wirklich auf dem Wohlbefinden der Gäste. 10/10, wir werden wieder kommen!"
