"First of all, the host and caretaker are doing a great job and genuinely want to facilitate and help provide an optimal stay.The caretaker and staff worked in the garden every day, cleaned the villa, and brought fresh fruit. The villa has a water dispenser with fresh, clean water available at all times.The villa also has a washing machine, which enabled us to wash all our clothes before the last part of our holiday.When we arrived, there was also some food and drinks in the fridge. There is a cosy supermarket next door with most of what we needed, which was very convenient.We also bought bus tickets there, which made it easy and inexpensive to visit other beaches and places on Mahé.We stayed for four nights, and the caretaker helped us book a taxi when we left."

"Beautiful ocean view from the terrace, very comfy bed and super nice and friendly staff :) Tasty breakfasts with every day different elements. Swimming pool available :) Close to shops, takeaway point and bus stop."

Nothing to dislike. What should be consider is that villa is located on the hill, so it requires to take few steps up this hill to get there :) No problem if you're renting a car :)

"The apartment was spacious, with a large balcony and a sea view. there is free parking, barbecue, fast WI-FI. The main advantage is a very responsive and pleasant host, Patrick, who was ready to help with any question."

"The apartment is very spacious, when we arrived we also got a fridge with eggs, salami, youhurts and water, and a basket full of fresh local fruits on the counter. The owner treated us as an old family friend. We felt so safe and loved at this place!"

"El millor allotjamemt en el que he estat! La situació et deixa sense paraules. El menjador toca la sorra. La platja de beau vallon és el millor lloc per allotjar-te a l'illa, té de tot, i la platja és preciosa. El servei de l'apartament és immillorable. La propietària super amable a la rebuda i es preocupa perquè estiguis bé. Cada dia et porten ftuita fresca i suc, t'emplenen les ampolles d'aigua, netegen, fan els llits, s'emporten les escomraries, i fins o tot ens van omplir un citrell d'oli, increible. Podriem haver estat tota la setmana a l'apartamemt banyant-nos a la platja de davant i mirant la posta de sol asseguts sopant. Espectacular!"

"A wonderful home for our family vacation! It was really comfortable and equipped with all we needed for our stay. Much space for spending relaxing hours, e.g. on the terrace with a great view. The kindness and hospitality of the hosts Sylvianne and Antoine is amazing. They showed and explained us all we needed to know and helped us wherever possible. A big thank you! Ixora Villa is located close to the very nice Jardin du roi and many beaches are easy to reach. But a car is needed. The several tortoise in the garden were a highlight to our son. We will stay here again when returning to Mahe."
