"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The accommodation is new (since June 2025), modern, and very well designed. We especially appreciated the keyless entry system and the convenient luggage lift. The washing machine in the house is also of excellent quality. We stayed on the 2nd floor in Apartment 4, which offers a beautiful sea view. There is a shop and a take-away right next door, which is very convenient. A big compliment to Ester, who is extremely friendly and competent. The entire organization – especially the taxi service from the airport – worked perfectly. The Italian owner of the house is also very kind and was occasionally present during our stay. We can highly recommend this accommodation – we would gladly return anytime."
"One small point for improvement: we would have preferred a thinner blanket and no foam mattress topper, as it made the bed quite warm."

"Everything was perfect! The apartament is very modern and clean, the pool on the roof with the view on the ocean is amazing. The apartament is very close to one of the most beautiful and calm beach we have seen on Seychelles. The host is very kind and helpful. We really felt taken care of. We plan to return to Praslin one day and if there are any rooms available, we will definitely stay at the Joan Eco Relais!"

Bei jedem individuellen Wunsch wurde uns weiter geholfen, ob Mietwagenvermittlung oder Ausflüge oder andere Anliegen. Die Appartements sind top modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten versehen. "We were the first guests staying at the property and we are very happy about that! The property is brand new, with all the amenities you might need. The rooms are very spacious and the view from the balcony is superb. There is a lovely pool on the roof as well with a nice relax corner, where you can sit and read books. The location is perfect, literally across the beach. We felt completely at home at this place! The owner is exceptionally kind, we even went to the local market together to get some local veggies. Overall, a perfect stay!"
