"I stayed here in July because I was attending a conference nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the price! The rooms were spacious and fairly quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were really fluffy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Another review had mentioned that there were difficulties finding the property, so I had asked Lux Inn to recommend a driver to pick me, but in the end it seemed well signposted. The area was easy to walk around and I never felt unsafe as a single woman. There are also some great restaurants closeby."
"I didn't have hot water on one of the days, but they fixed it quickly when i contacted them. My only real complaint is that the listing seemed to indicate that there is a kitchen in the room and a washing machine. These are shared facilities in the property. This wasn't an issue for me, but I think it is helpful to know in advance."

"Very clean environment including sheets and towels. Amazing bathroom with shower that has x3 settings with good pressure and hot. Wonderful staff Claire who cooks you a yummy breakfast every morning and Eric who sits at the front gate making it feels very safe. The house is available as separate rooms to rent with private bathrooms and a joint kitchen & lounge with the other guests. You can hire the three bedroom house as a total apartment for a higher price if needed. In a great location near the convention centre and supermarket which has several ATMs. The Hut hotel is around the corner and has a rooftop restaurant that has stunning views of the city, they also let you but wine to take home. Eric the manager was very easy to communicate with and wanted you to make the most of your stay with advice and recommendations. Would absolutely stay again."
"Nothing negative, just need to clarify if you are booking a singular room or the whole apartment. It was not advertised on booking.com correctly but I have raised this with the site. Eric (manager) was very understanding and a wonderful host, made everything very easy."

The internet was stable. The breakfast was sufficient. I think it would be better to present some options for what to include on the breakfast menu to allow some choice."
